This policy explains how information is handled when you visit The Pressure Institute website, submit an inquiry, or join The Pressure Brief.

Scope
The Pressure Institute is the public brand of Five Stages of Yes Leadership and Development Institute, doing business as The Pressure Institute. That legal organization is responsible for the information practices described in this policy.
This policy applies to pressureinstitute.com. It does not govern external websites or services, which maintain their own privacy practices.
Information Visitors Provide
The contact form collects your name, organization, optional role or title, email address, optional phone number, inquiry category, and message. You may also voluntarily provide information when corresponding with The Pressure Institute by email or telephone.
The newsletter signup collects an email address. Please do not submit confidential employee, participant, medical, legal, or other sensitive personal information through the public website.
Information Processed Automatically
Netlify, the website hosting provider, may process normal technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website. This may include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages or files, referring information, and request timing.
Google Analytics 4 operates only after you accept analytics. When enabled, it may process page, browser, device, referrer, session, interaction, and approximate-location information to provide website-use statistics.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, understand the organizational question presented, operate and secure the website, manage newsletter subscriptions, provide requested communications, maintain appropriate records, and improve website content and resources.
Optional analytics information is used to understand general website use and the usefulness of pages, resources, and pathways.
Service Providers
Netlify provides website hosting and processes contact inquiries through Netlify Forms. Kit processes newsletter subscriptions and email delivery. Google provides optional Google Analytics 4 measurement after analytics has been accepted.
These providers process information as needed to provide their services and maintain their own contractual, security, and privacy practices.
Analytics Choices
Analytics is optional. Google Analytics does not load until you select Accept analytics. If you decline, the website remains fully available, including navigation, forms, newsletter signup, contact links, Institute briefs, and PDF resources.
The website's consent system stores only whether your choice is accepted or declined. After acceptance, Google Analytics may use analytics cookies. You may change your choice below at any time.

Newsletter Choices
Newsletter subscriptions are processed by Kit. Subscribers may unsubscribe through the link included in newsletter emails. You may also contact hello@pressureinstitute.com with a newsletter-related privacy request.
