Organizations exploring learning for new managers, frontline supervisors, workforce and technical programs, or leadership cohorts.

The course introduces Pressure Literacy: recognizing, understanding, interpreting, and responding to how pressure may influence observable behavior.
- Recognize behavior changes without jumping to conclusions.
- Distinguish observation from interpretation.
- Consider how pressure may affect communication and decision-making.
- Consider a more informed response before treating changed behavior as proof of attitude, motivation, or intent.

Delivery options
Approximate duration: 3 to 3.5 hours. Potential configurations include:
- One half-day session
- Two 90-minute sessions
- Three 60-minute sessions
Participants receive a Certificate of Completion. This is not a professional certification.
