Start with what your organization is seeing.

An exploratory meeting is a focused conversation about your population, current challenges, existing support structure, and where earlier pressure visibility might be useful.

Exploratory inquiry

Tell us what you would like to understand earlier.

Share enough context for a useful first conversation. You do not need to have a pilot, selected service, or formal project defined.

Please do not include confidential employee, participant, medical, legal, or personally identifying information.

This will open your email application so you can review and send your inquiry.

Exploratory meeting

What the first conversation is for

Bring the current question

You do not need to select a service beforehand. Begin with what leaders, staff, participants, students, or teams are currently experiencing.

Provide organizational context

The conversation may examine what has changed, which population or process is involved, what leaders can currently see, and where information may be missing.

Determine responsible fit

The purpose is to understand whether the Institute’s work may be useful and whether a pilot, limited cohort, learning session, or later conversation may make sense.

No personal diagnosis

The Institute does not diagnose people, provide therapy, or request confidential employee or participant records during the initial inquiry.

An initial inquiry does not require a finished plan. The first step is determining whether earlier pressure visibility is relevant to the organizational question you are trying to understand.
